HELP HER STAND OUT, BUILD CONFIDENCE, & GET RECRUITED
A proven roadmap that turns HER dream, HER skills, & YOUR investment into offers!
GET STARTED TODAY- She has the skill but doesn't know how to get coaches to notice
- She has the talent but doesn't showcase it when coaches are watching
- She has the potential but doesn't have a guided plan on what to do and when to do it
- She has a dream but not a coach who can guide her, support her, and connect her to opportunities
- You continue to invest time, PTO, & money, but it doesn't seem to be leading to any offers or opportunities...
You are not alone. But you don't have to stay stuck & overwhelmed
Most families unknowingly work the process backwards if they know how to work it at all. In general, there are four phases in the recruiting process:
1. Exposure
2. Evaluation
3. Comparison
4. Offers
The sooner she understands each phase and develops a plan of attack, the greater her chances are of standing out, getting more offers, and play at the next level.

✅ She wants to play softball in college, potentially at the D1 level
✅ Whatever she is currently doing isn't getting her closer to offers
✅ She no longer want to guess if she is doing this process "right"
✅ You want to stop spending money blindly without REAL guidance, clarity, & a plan
Then 'YES' this program is for HER.

Im naturally a quirky person. I am in the band, I love photography, but I also love working out. Coach Carter taught me that it was ok to be myself and that hard work and belief in myself would pay off regardless of my differences. She helped me with my overthinking and helped me come out of my shell. I now have the opportunity to stay local for college and play for one of the best schools in the country. Im forever grateful for her kindness, her authenticity, and her knowledge. I know that if I ever need anything that she is only a phone call or text away!

I was doing everything I knew to do in this process, lessons, working out, posting, emailing but I was not getting any responses. After reviewing my social media, Coach Carter, very honestly said to me, "there just isnt anything that stands out to me from your post...but I can help you with that." We began working together in August and within 2 and a half months, I had a better social media presence, went on 2 visits, and navigated multiple offers, ultimately committing to my dream school. I don't know where Id be right now without Coach Carter's help but Im glad I don't have to find out! If you want proven guidance and lifelong mentorship, I would not waste time and join her 360 Athlete program, today!

I went into this process with little hope being that I was entering my senior year and returning from an injury that kept me out of the game for 8 months. But when Coach Carter and I did my social media evaluation and saw something in my skill, I began to believe in myself again. She game me tools and guidance throughout this entire process. I felt confident in what I was doing because I knew she was an expert in it. I went from 0 offers to 5 in 2 months! I'm super grateful for the time I had to work on my recruiting and mental skills with Coach Carter. I'd highly recommend working with her.

Working with Coach Carter was one of the best things that could have ever happened to me in this journey. I missed the fall of my Junior of because of an injury. High school season, I regained my strengths in my leg but had a lot of rebuilding to do with my confidence. Coach Carter gave me the steps it took to stand out with the strengths that I could bring to a program. She helped me strategically select camps to attend, helped me navigate conversations with coaches, and ultimately helped guide me and my family on the what to do now and in the future as it relates to my career. Ill be able to begin colelge debt free and already have a connection to a few Division 1 programs as I continue to develop in my craft.

I joined Coach Carter's 360 Athlete Elite mental training program in the fall of my Junior year of high school and it was the best thing that could have happened for me. I had some bad experiences with my former travel ball and high school coaches and was pretty stuck emotionally on whether to keep playing or not. After attending Coach Carter's group coaching calls, I begin to rebuild my confidence and worked extremely hard on my craft. Had I not worked with Coach Carter, Im not sure Id truly still be playing the sport. Im grateful she helped me restore my love for this game that has meant so much to me.
